Training, Supervision & Consultation

Training includes all aspects of mental health, relationship issues (including DV & trauma bonding), working with sexual abuse, self-injury, CBT for Psychosis, risk assessments, addiction recovery support, ''Personality Disorders'' and CPTSD, clinical formulations, specific psychological approaches, introduction to autism, ACEs, mentally disordered offenders, managing challenging behaviours and many forensic specialisms.  We can offer a broad range of training - just ask. If there is an area we do not work in, we will do our best to signpost you.

 Our emphasis is on the personal and professional development of supervisees, adopting a formulation driven approach (although we are fully versed in all aspects of ICD-11 & DSM-5 diagnostic approaches).  We can also explain the 'seven-eyed supervisor' approach which maximises awareness of parallel processes that may impact on the therapeutic relationship.
